Alison Eden - President

Alison has been the President of Pace Construction
since 2005. Her 20 years experience and over 2500
projects completed make her an asset to designers,
retailers and trades.

Mary Ann Molloy - Senior Project Manager

Mary Ann holds a BA Sc in Engineering and a BSc
and is extremely knowledgable in retail, commercial
and residential construction. With 15 years
experience, she has the ability to run many projects
simultaneously and is pro-active in her work.

Kevin Eden - Senior Project Manager

Before his role as Senior Project Manager, Kevin was
a Carpenter with 28 years experience in the field. He
has a vast knowledge of the OBC/NBC, union
procedures and all aspects of construction from
design to completed projects.
